Maria Muentes of Families for Freedom reports that Amtrak and Greyhound have been allowing agents for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to launch surprise inspections of passengers travelling through upstate New York. Passengers who cannot provide evidence that they in the U.S. legally are detained and some have been put into deportation proceedings.
